Training
Our personnel is selected and trained As per the guideline from the Private Security Regulation Act 2005(PSRA ) before deployment to the client site. Our training instruction includes code of conduct, hygiene and grooming, morale and motivation, hospitality and customer interaction, duties and responsibilities, training for prevention, class of fire, types of fire, fire extinguishers, and its operations.
We also conduct post-deployment training in – Fire fighting, First Aid, Crowd management, Escape route familiarization, Building fire plans, Duties and responsibilities in each area of Assignments, Familiarization with top management, Emergency contact details. Etc.
Recruitment
We develop a strategic recruiting plan to target the most promising candidates for each unique client and security service operation. We develop detailed position descriptions for each assignment and recruit from a variety of sources.

Marketing Executives
Area Kottayam , Kozhikkodu ,Kannur
Must be a graduate / MBA age below 35 years , Preferably with service marketing experience with 2 wheeler lisence .
Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns. conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences. devising and presenting ideas and strategies..

Security Supervisors
Age below 55 years , Preferably Ex servicemen with fluency in English.
Civilians with 5 years experience may apply as well. Ability to control and command a group of Security Guards and reporting to the authorities .

Must be below age of 55 years , Physically and mentally fit.
Height should be minimum 165 cm with good physique.
Minimum Qualification 10th Standard. No criminal records. Need to obtain Police Clearance certificate

Housekeeping Supervisor Male/ Female for Hospitals
Preferably with Hotel management Diploma and experience in hospital Housekeeping supervision for at least 3 years.
Should have thorough knowledge in cleaning and sanitation procedures, Bed making and abilities for training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks. Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis. Checking rooms and common areas.
Housekeeping Staff Male and Female
Age below 40 years , Physically and mentally fit.
Minimum Qualification 10th Standard. Need to know proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
